How to watch several streams at once
- Add streams. Type a Twitch channel name, or paste a YouTube or Kick link. You can paste several at once, separated by spaces or commas.
- Pick what you hear. Every stream starts muted; the speaker on a stream moves the sound to it without reloading anything.
- Focus on one. The expand button makes a stream the big one, with the rest in a strip underneath — and Twitch chat beside it if you want.
- Keep the lineup. Copy link shares it; your browser also remembers it for next time.
What it plays
| Service | What you can add | Switch sound | Chat |
|---|---|---|---|
| Twitch | Channels (just type the name), past broadcasts, clips | One click | In Focus |
| YouTube | Live streams, videos, playlists | One click | In its own tab |
| Kick | Channels | The player’s own volume | In its own tab |
For YouTube, paste the address of the stream itself — the watch?v= or /live/ link. A channel page or an @name can’t be turned into a player: YouTube retired the embed that used to follow a channel’s live stream.
Why streams start muted
Every major browser blocks video that plays sound on its own, so a page can only start a stream silently. Once you click a speaker you’ve given the page permission, and the stream you chose can play out loud.
Keeping a stream on while you work
A tab full of streams is good for an event. For a stream in the corner while you work, the stream has to live next to the work — which is what Tabula is for. Every site, the stream included, is a live tile on one canvas: the match top-right, Discord beside it, your document in the middle. The multi-site viewer does the same with ordinary websites.
Questions
How many streams can I watch at once?
Up to nine. Past that each one is too small to follow, and nine live video streams is already a lot for most connections — drop the quality on the smaller ones from each player’s settings if they stutter.
Why can’t I hear anything?
Every stream starts muted, because browsers only let video play by itself when it’s silent. Click the speaker on the stream you want to hear; the sound moves there and the one that had it goes quiet. Kick streams use the volume in their own player.
Can I see Twitch chat?
Yes. Switch to Focus, make a Twitch stream the main one with its expand button, and turn on Chat — it opens beside the stream. YouTube and Kick chat stay in their own sites.
Can I share my lineup?
Copy link gives you an address that opens the same streams in the same order. The lineup is also remembered in your browser, so it’s still here next time you visit.
Do I need an account?
No. These are the official Twitch, YouTube and Kick players. Anything that needs you signed in, like subscriber-only streams, is better watched on the site itself.
