Refund Policy

Our Policy

All sales are final. Tabula subscriptions are non-refundable.

We believe in transparency: before subscribing, you can use our free plan indefinitely to evaluate whether Tabula is right for you.

Exceptions

We will issue refunds in the following cases:

• Duplicate charges: If you were charged twice for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
• Billing errors: If a technical error caused an incorrect charge, we will investigate and refund the erroneous amount.
• Unauthorized charges: If you believe an unauthorized person used your account to make a purchase, contact us immediately. We will investigate and issue a refund if the charge is confirmed as unauthorized.

How to Request a Refund

Email [SUPPORT_EMAIL] with:

• Your account email address
• The date and amount of the charge
• The reason for your refund request

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge. We review all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute—most issues can be resolved quickly and directly.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. Chargebacks found to be fraudulent or made in bad faith may result in permanent termination of your account.

EU/EEA Consumers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or EEA, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases under the Consumer Rights Directive.

By starting to use a paid subscription immediately upon purchase, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully provided. This consent is confirmed at checkout. Where the digital content has not yet been supplied, your statutory withdrawal right is unaffected.

Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not refund the current period. You retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period.
