Install in three steps
Open the download
Open the Tabula disk image from your Downloads folder.
Drag to Applications
Drag the Tabula icon onto the Applications folder.
Open Tabula
Launch it from Applications or Spotlight. It is signed and notarized by Apple, so it opens like any other Mac app.

Any website, running for real on the canvas — not a screenshot, not a bookmark.
A canvas per context
A separate workspace for each part of your life, kept exactly where you left it.
Private by default
Your canvas lives on your machine. Each site sits in its own jar, and sync is something you turn on.
Questions
- Is Tabula free?
- Yes. Tabula is free to download and free to keep using, with two zones stored on your machine. A paid plan adds unlimited zones, folders, and sync across machines.
- Which Mac do I need?
- macOS 12 (Monterey) or later. The Apple Silicon build covers every Mac sold since late 2020; there is a separate Intel build for older machines.
- Is there a Windows version?
- Not yet. Tabula is macOS only today. Windows is on the roadmap but there is no released build.
- Does Tabula send my browsing anywhere?
- No. Workspaces live on your machine by default and only sync if you sign in and turn it on. Tabula builds no advertising profile and keeps no browsing log of its own.
