This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all users of Tabula. Using Tabula means you agree to these rules.
Permitted Uses
Tabula is designed for personal and professional productivity. You may use Tabula to:
- Organize your browser windows and web apps
- Create and share canvas templates
- Collaborate with team members (Studio plan)
- Build workflows and productivity systems
Prohibited Uses
Illegal Activity
Do not use Tabula to violate any law or regulation, including copyright law, privacy law, or laws prohibiting illegal content.
Harmful Content
Do not use Tabula to create, distribute, or access:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Content that promotes or facilitates violence
- Malware, spyware, or phishing content
- Content that harasses or threatens individuals
System Abuse
Do not:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Tabula
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
- Attempt to circumvent any security or access control measures
- Artificially inflate template download counts or ratings
- Create fake accounts or reviews
Marketplace Abuse
Do not publish templates that:
- Contain or link to illegal content
- Misrepresent their contents
- Infringe copyright or trademarks
- Are substantially copies of existing templates
AI Assistant Abuse
Do not use the Tabula AI assistant to:
- Generate illegal or harmful content
- Attempt to bypass AI safety measures
- Automate large-scale harmful operations
Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access without notice for violations of this policy. Serious violations will be reported to law enforcement.
